Interdiction Tactics - Murray, Utah

Geared toward instructing effective tactics in proactive police work, this intensive two-day course covers the full spectrum of real-world encounters, ranging from consensual interactions with everyday citizens to complex, day-to-day traffic stops. Officers will gain a clear, practical understanding of the how and why behind intercepting criminal activity and successfully articulating cases that stand up in court. The course is specifically designed to help officers identify deceptive behaviors, recognize factors of criminal activity, and understand compartmentalization used by high-level criminal organizations. Through the use of real body-worn camera footage from actual encounters, attendees will observe these tactics in action and see firsthand the measurable success they produce. Instruction is led by Bauer Brown, a full-time interdiction task force officer in Arizona. Bauer has been nationally recognized for exceptional results, including major drug seizures and countless felony arrests, and brings current, street-proven experience directly into the classroom.
